个人简介:王旭初,男,土家族,博士,研究员,教授,博士生导师,湖南省永顺县人,第8届教育部科技委农林学部委员,享受国务院特殊津贴,国际植物蛋白质组协会中国区理事,中国蛋白质组专业委员会副理事长,中国植物蛋白质组协会常务理事长。

王旭初博士及其团队二十年来一直聚焦于天然橡胶合成调控机制研究,以热带巴西橡胶树、温带杜仲和寒带橡胶草这两棵树一株草为研究对象,在天然橡胶生物合成调控蛋白质化学机制和产胶植物转基因分子育种等领域取得了国际领先的研究成果,发表了一系列有影响力的学术论文。截止20229月,共发表研究论文88篇,其中第一作者论文14篇,通讯作者论文58篇。在所有论文中,SCI收录53篇。著有中文专著《植物蛋白质组学》(20222月科学出版社出版,153万字)和英文专著《Plant Protein and Proteome Altlas-Itegrated Omics Analyses of Plants under Abiotic Stresses》(2019年瑞士MDPI出版社出版,96万字)。主持课题35项,包括国家级人才项目3项,国家重点研发计划课题和子课题各1项,国家973项目子课题1项,国家自然科学基金4项目,海南省课题8王旭初博士现任九州体育(中国)官方网站教授,植物抗逆整合生物学课题组组长(详见实验室主页http://www.plantprotein.org.cn,目前正在展开巴西橡胶树、橡胶草和杜仲蛋白质组全谱研究计划,并以我国新疆橡胶草为模式植物研究蛋白质在天然橡胶生物合成调控中的作用机制。同时,正依托贵州大学组建中国杜仲产业研究院,研发杜仲和橡胶草相关衍生产品,并进行推广示范。有望在不久的将来,王旭初教授及其团队,一定会在天然橡胶合成调控蛋白质机制研究领域有更多的原创性发现,为我国天然橡胶产业做出更多贡献。
